Last weekend, we went to LA to see the Cubs play the Dodgers (see? I told you we love our Cubs!) On Sunday, before heading home to Las Vegas, we took a detour up to Malibu.
We took in the beautiful views:
Played in the waves:
And buried our toes in the sand:
It was a great way to end the weekend…and to console ourselves after the Cubs lost their game.

I absolutely adore visiting Malibu. My favorite breakfast/lunch spot is Paradise Cove, right on the beach.

Going to the beach in California is my favorite too and I’m glad that we live so close and are able to. Looks like you had fun!
We had a great time! Being from the Midwest, it’s crazy to us how close we are to the beach now.
